Caster is the heart of moving
When choosing your perfect caster, not only put their using conditions and load capacity into consideration, but also note below:
The load capacity:
(1) How to count for their
Load capacity= E+Z/M
T= The load capacity for per caster
E= The total weight of the conveyances
Z= The total weight of the goods
M= Quantity of the available caster
(The position and different heavy distribution must be considered)
(2) when choosing their load capacity, the maximum load points should be considered according to the detail points as follow.
The mini friction material or the accessories which be made by a special technology, such as pinball bearing or quenched in order to make the caster running most neatly and durably.
The more big the eccentricity is, the more agile it becomes, but the load capacity will decreases accordingly.
The big size wheels are more labour saving than the small ones, and can protects the floor perfectly. The big wheels runs much slowly, but they are more durable and heat-resistant than the small ones. It is better to choose the bigger wheels when the fitting height is enough.
The requirements for casters running speed : Whatever on the normal temperature or smooth floor, their running speed should not be farther than 4.2 Km/h and with static interval during the work time.
The floor material, barrier, leftover and the special environments, such as scrap iron, high or low temperature, great acidity and alkalescence, oil liquor, chemistry solvent and anti-static-electricity, should be considered when the caster be chosen, special material should be chosen when using in the special environments.
